Kianna Howard

Story: Kianna joined the Riverside team as Program Coordinator in March 2026 after spending her first summer as a cabin leader at Riverside in 2025. She is originally from a small town in Minnesota and to her, it will never not be “home.” Kianna graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Counseling. After graduating, Kianna found herself living overseas and in different parts of the U.S. while following her passion for serving others in missions. She loves to listen and sing along to music, spend intentional time with friends, go rock climbing, play any sort of game or sport, and visit her family, especially her niece and nephews!

Kianna grew up absolutely loving camps and all things extracurricular – sports, music, theatre, art, you name it and she loved it! She was first introduced to bible camp when her grandma generously paid for her to go. Her life was changed by Jesus at that camp and her heart for serving others began to grow deep and wide. Since then, she has had the opportunity to serve in various other ministry opportunities around the world and she is so excited to see how Jesus will continue to show up to His children at Riverside!
