Our camp experiences are focused on providing all campers with an incredibly fun and relational Christ-centered camp experience. All of these camp offerings are programmed with the goal of allowing campers to hear about and experience the extravagant love of God, along with a desire to lead all people to faith in our risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Our facilities are available to enhance the ministry of the local church year-round for church gatherings, youth group/college ministry retreats, board retreats, men’s/women’s retreats, family camp retreats, and more.

Story: Emily joined the Riverside team as Communications Coordinator in February 2024. She grew up on an acreage just outside of Story City and is the oldest of five kids. Emily graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Leadership Studies from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. Some of her favorite things are spending time with the people she loves, hanging out in coffee shops, writing letters, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and San Francisco 49ers!

Emily has always had a heart for camp ministry and has served as both a camper and cabin leader at camps in Iowa and Michigan. She loves being part of what God is doing at Riverside and using creativity to advance our mission “to know Jesus Christ and to make Christ known to all!”
