Buckaroo Horse Camp
Riverside’s beginner horse camp. Our experienced wranglers will lead your camper in an exciting fun-filled week. Buckaroo campers will spend time daily at the ranch learning horse basics while also experiencing other main camp activities. Horsemanship skills developed will include but are not limited to: hands-on ground classes that teach grooming, saddling, and leading while focusing on horse safety. Arena classes will build confidence in a structured environment where campers can feel safe to learn new things on horseback! Trail rides will be taken when wranglers are confident campers will succeed and have fun! Our wranglers are so excited to teach your camper about the love of Jesus all while expanding their love of horses.
Optional Extras:
Ranch Care Package ($27) – This includes our summer ranch t-shirt (Let us know if you would rather have your child receive the summer t-shirt.), an accessory item, and a certificate for a free food and drink item at the camp store.
Summer Theme Nalgene Water Bottle ($17)
Birthday Cookies ($13) – We will make enough homemade chocolate chip cookies for your child’s entire cabin to help celebrate their birthday!
