Perhaps you’ve already attended Ranch Camp and/or take lessons during the year. You are probably ready for some new challenges; therefore, you’ll want to try out Riverside’s advanced horse camp, the Trail Blazers. Our wranglers will provide for a unique and diversified ranch experience taking into consideration that you are familiar with horsemanship basics. We want to keep you intrigued with the ranch and developing this new level of experiences and learning is meant to do just that! After all, some of you will become our Wranglers someday!

Campers must be:

• Entering grades 6-9
• Confident at the trot

Would be comfortable:

• Cantering or loping
• Experiencing challenging trails that could include steep hills, crossing water, etc.
• Completing man-made obstacles while on horseback

Optional Extras:

Ranch Care Package ($27) – This includes our summer ranch t-shirt (Let us know if you would rather have your child receive the summer t-shirt.), an accessory item, and a certificate for a free food and drink item at the camp store.

Birthday Cookies ($13) – We will make enough homemade chocolate chip cookies for your child’s entire cabin to help celebrate their birthday!

Summer Theme Water Bottle ($17)

Slingshot Paintball ($10) – Your camper will enjoy three to four, 10-minute games of slingshot paintball during free time. (This is only for junior high weeks and high school week.)
